From our foundations and inceptions in 2021 by Ms. Jeroma Flowers, we set out to create something different, a place where businesses could grow, not just in profits, but in purpose. At Initi8, our journey is rooted in passion, purpose, and perseverance. With over 16 years of certified experience in Disability and Workforce Development and certified through UNT-WISE, we have dedicated ourselves to empowering individuals of all abilities, ensuring that opportunities are accessible, inclusive, and equitable.

Our leadership is guided by expertise and a commitment to excellence, strengthened by certification through the Six Sigma Global Institute. We believe that every individual deserves the chance to succeed, and we apply proven strategies to create impactful solutions for businesses, individuals, and communities.

In 2022, Ms. Jeroma Flowers partnered with Bishop Nikolaos G. Brown, continuing the work that the two found laid on their hearts for the future of Initi8. 

As a faith-based organization, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, compassion, and service. With fifteen years of experience in faith based leadership, we hold standards that maintain a deep passion for equity, employment, and leadership development. At Initi8, we channel that passion into meaningful outreach efforts that connect churches and faith-based organizations with critical resources. Whether it’s developing strategic partnerships, securing funding, or designing initiatives that empower individuals, we work to ensure that faith is not just a belief or creed but a catalyst for growth, transformation, and change.

From workforce development programs that help individuals secure sustainable employment to leadership training that equips emerging faith leaders with the tools they need to guide their congregations effectively, our initiatives are shaping the future of faith-driven impact.
