Jeroma Flowers is a seasoned professional with a deep commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve success through inclusion, education, and career development. With years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, case management, and career coaching, Jeroma has guided countless individuals toward achieving their personal and professional goals.
Jeroma is pursuing her Master of Business Administration - Leadership at Hallmark University and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, maintaining a 3.8 GPA. In addition, she is Leadership Certified through Six Sigma Global Institute and is credentialed as a Job Skills Trainer, Job Placement Specialist, Supported Employment, Job Readiness, Director, and Autism Endorsement through the University of North Texas - Workplace Inclusion & Sustainable Employment.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology - Addictions from Purdue Global University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts and Behavioral Science from Community College of Philadelphia. Her strong educational foundation in leadership, organizational development, and professional coaching equips her with the expertise to support individuals and teams in unlocking their potential and fostering inclusive work environments.
